Step 1: Write us an email on reklamacje@duendestore.com
Step 2: Download the complaint form DOWNLOAD and complete it and attach it to the returned products
Step 3: Pack the items with the completed complaint form and send it to the following address:

Complaint Requirements
1. The Seller undertakes to consider the complaint within 14 working days from the moment of its delivery
2. The complaint covers only defects and damages not resulting from improper use of the product.
3. The shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
